Our welcoming and accommodating staff pride themselves on making sure you have the best possible experience. With a thorough knowledge of both the lodge and the mountain they are more than happy to answer any questions you may have; making sure your snow holiday runs smoothly and that you get the most out of your time with us.  They are also a very happy, social bunch who love to have a drink and a chat with guests.

Year after year our guests speak very highly of the quality of meals offered at Trackers. A both cooked and continental breakfast is available daily with freshly baked afternoon tea ready in the restaurant for when you return from your day on the slopes. Dinner consists of a seven course degustation dinner most nights with an extensive wine list available at the bar.

Theme Nights

During the winter season Trackers holds weekly theme nights including a Wednesday night Christmas complete with all your favourites; bon-bons, eggnog, roast turkey and a visit from Santa with gifts for all the children. Thursday we offer an early meal sitting so that people can head out to see the ‘night show’ run by Falls Creek Resort which consists of the ski instructors and terrain park specialists showcasing their skills down the lit up Summit run and then ending with a spectacular fire works display. The show can be seen clearly from the balcony of the restaurant or those wishing to head out and brave the cold to watch up close they can then warm up fireside with complimentary supper and butterscotch schnapps afterwards.

Our restaurant is reserved exclusively for in house guests and many of our guests tell us that the food is the highlight of their stay. More than just good food and great wine our dining room is a place to relax, unwind with old friends and enjoy meeting new ones.

Trackers is ski-in ski-out during normal winter conditions making it easy to get to ski school and up onto the mountain for the day; a complimentary village shuttle run by Falls Creek Resort is also available from a stop only a short walk from the lodge.

An Open Fire

A welcoming open fire, spa and sauna and in house massage offer some creature comforts for tired muscles; whilst a games room, pool table, kids club and free Wi-Fi ensure there is something to keep the whole family entertained.

Yoga Sessions and Retreats

There are short daily après yoga sessions to keep your body stretched and happy for the next day on the slopes.  Look out for our September ‘Snoga’ retreats, a perfect way to recharge, refresh and renew with yoga and meditation, nourishing food and time during the day on the slopes.
