Dining is an integral part of a ski holiday. In fact, some of our guests have told us that dining with us every night has been the highlight of their holiday.

The cooked breakfasts are hearty, nourishing and will keep you fuelled long enough to ski home in the afternoon for our freshly baked afternoon tea

Five nights per week we have our acclaimed degustation style menu. Our cuisine draws its influence from the best of French and Italian Mediterranean cuisine and our chefs take great delight in presenting you with a different menu each day.
