We have really enjoyed our stays at this fabulous family friendly ski lodge. Ski in, ski out, friendly and helpful staff, fine degustation dining at its best. New friends made by the fire, while overlooking the mountain from the window. The kids are catered for and entertained while this goes on. The whole package is just so enjoyable. Thoroughly recommended.

Our children are not quiet and for the first time I could relax in lodgings where the children could be heard as well as seen. Brian could not do enough for us. We were upgraded to a Panorama room with spa, Brian personally helped us get all our gear to the base of Falls express. We had use of toboggans free of charge, the spa was HOT!!! Perfect for getting those aches and pains seen to, after a hard day on the slopes. The sauna was up to my husbands very exacting standards. The food was fabulous and plentiful. 7 courses each evening and a cooked Breakfast in the morning. Afternoon tea waiting for us. All day tea coffee and hot chocolate (with or without Marshmallows). Located closer to Village Bowl, the 10-15 minute walk to Falls express chair was not a challenge. We had 2 rooms for 3 adults and 3 children. Queen and single bed in the panorama room. There was also a trundle but we never told Grandma. King bed and bunks in the standard room for Grandma and 2 of the kids. We were located on the main level so could put kids to bed and stay in communal area without worrying. The views were excellent and bird-life abundant. Huge drying room to store all the bulky wet gear and the bar was well stocked. Santa visited on Wednesday night and we had a sumptuous Christmas dinner. Supper and Schnapps dished up after the Fireworks on Thursday night. If you are Blue black skiers you can ski straight to the lodge. There are some steps to negotiate to the drying room but not really of any consequence. I can not recommend this Lodge highly enough or thank Brian and his staff enough for a great holiday. Layla gets the biggest thanks for taking such a load off me by watching after my three beautiful highly active children in the evenings. Stayed June 30th until July 4th 2014.

Great location, easy-going atmosphere, excellent food. Brian, the manager goes out of his way to help and that attitude is shared amongst his lovely team. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to a return visit!

Absolutely wonderful experience staying with our host Janette and her wonderful staff. The meals which come as part of the accommodation were extraordinary. The lodge is only 2 minutes walk / ski from the closest lift, so it is really handy to pop back in for a cuppa during the day. The accommodation is comfortable, clean, warm and pleasant, with a nice view out to the snow. They also have a great play room for the kids.

I would highly recommend Trackers to anyone going to Falls Creek.

We stayed in this place twice already. Once, when the kids were about 8 and 10 and again, last season. We hope to come back next ski season. The place is great and very handy when skiing back to accommodation. Staff were always lovely and the food, glorious, to die for really. The actual accommodation is average but for the price we paid for the week package, it was fantastic and really, the best money could buy. The amenities are great and the linen and beds are fantastic. My kids enjoy it there, it is a shame it is so far away from us, otherwise, will be there every year as we do ski almost every year. When we are not in Falls Creek, we are in Mt Buller!

Trackers Lodge is neat clean and well appointed but its real attraction is the exceptional service of Brian and his team – from the moment we walked in we were made to feel welcome and comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble, even after we had checked out.

Great homely atmosphere, food is lovely and the service is always friendly. While rooms can be tight, they are clean and comfortable and overall the stay is good value. I’d compromise on rooms as the lounge is great and kids club provides a nice break for parents. So little time is spent in your room anyway especially with the great snow this year!

Room Tip: We liked being close to the bar! – Trip Advisor 2014

What a delightful week we had at Trackers. From the time we arrived, we were welcomed and made to be part of a big family. Being a lodge, it was great to meet and dine with people from all over Australia, get to know them and even to catch up with long after the holiday has finished. I would highly recommend Trackers if you’re looking for a holiday where you can relax, meet new people and of course… ski your brains out.

Very good service, view are great, rooms are spacious! Although it’s not located in the Center or modern, it has very comfortable mattresses and warm. I was able to sleep very nicely, which is not common. Lots of other hotels on the mountain, don’t have as good of mattresses, for a nice sleep. It allowed my body to recover from all my skiing, thanks to Trackers! A good surprise! Thanks Brian! Isabella
